We recently stayed at Sora Niwa Terrace and it was the best hotel experience we had during our trip to Japan. the hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. the cleanliness was impeccable, the location was fantastic, and despite being in the center of the city, the room was surprisingly quiet. the highlight was definitely the onsen, which was superb. We loved having the option of both an open-air and indoor bath, and the footbath on the roof with a stunning view was simply lovely. the complimentary welcome drink added a nice touch. the hotel provided a great selection of free drinks and snacks, including coffee, tea, popsicles, and ice cream throughout the day. the small room was expected, but it had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a humidifier, and a TV with Netflix. the hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and public transportation options, making it the perfect place to stay in the city. If we ever return to Kyoto, we will definitely choose Sora Niwa Terrace again.
